I opened my Sears master credit card owned b;y CITI in January 2015. I was just looking at my statements since then and i noticed a consistent monthly charge even when i had not purchased a thing. It was always $12.97 which i assumed was a Sears charge even though they told me no charge for delivery.
I am really upset about this and will call Citi in the morning. Why would they give my information to anyone. Am further cancelling my fraudulent care ASAP.

I fought their bug-ridden web page and, after seven or eight frustrating tries, finally got my rebate request filed. When I checked today (almost a month later), I found that NO ACTIVITY is recorded on the site.
What is this? A rip-off of the worst kind? I sent a dated receipt from Sherries' Berries. With no acknowledgement of my submitted information, I canceled my subscription. In the meantime, I demanded satisfaction.
I made two purchases online with Kohl's.com in June 2014 using my VISA credit card. Freeshipping.com automatically signed me up for $12.97 in July which I didn't sign up for it! I didn't realize since then that I have been charged $12.97 every month for free shipping that I never use. I would like to get the refunds. Thank you!

This charge is showing up on my credit accouont and I don't even know what or who it is. Maybe a small amount for others - but not to me.
