We ordered a custom video through this company on february 23rd. The thing is, there are actual customers whom we emailed and have received theirs and are on their website. I have tried calling, emailing, and have gotten no response from the. We paid $99 through google wallet, which as i now am finding out, unlike paypal, has no dispute resolution process. I would strongly advise anyone ordering from them to pay with paypal or an amex credit card only, as once they fail to deliver, you can dispute the transaction. I have found 3 on them already and is obvious they are shady as they have like 10 different names they've used. If i receive my product, i will amend this report depending.
