December 29, 2013 Frontier Motor Cars repossessed the vehicle i had through there finacial dept, the time was 13:59 on sun afternoon, I went to look for my vehicle and couldn't find it anywhere so i had my take me too his house so i could use his car. The next morning i called Gina Narravo about why they repossessed my vehicle at that time she said i told i was going to repos your vehicle if you didn't get car insurance and i told her i wasn't later on my car note payments so you wasn't suppose to touch that car. Gina goes on to say you know where that vehicle is and then she hung up the phone.
I called back and then gina said ma' we have no report of your vehicle being repossessed who told you that and i said the West Allis Police Department did,she replied by saying i'm going to call them up. I called back and they say gina is gone for the day and won't be back until the morning at 10am. I call different places to see if i could get help with my situation and no one wanted to help because it wasn't a lot of money to be won. Consumer Protection said i could send in a complaint about and they would investigate it, i also called the better business bureau and they also told me to file a complaint with them too and i called over the phone to a application for the complaint.
jamuary 2, 2014 I went to Police Station and got a copy of the call in log of the repossession and i called frontier motor cars back and asked to speak with mary einns the person who owns this company and i was told that she wasn't in. I found the vehicle park with my club still on it and i got in and drove to my son's house and i started calling lawyers to see if anyone would help me with this issue , one told i could pay her 200 dollars and she would write and letter to explain things and see if she could get them to do a zero balance on the vehicle.
