I so should have looked at this site before I started to work for them. Years ago, I tried Crescent Processing and after two days or less I left since the apapointments were a joke and I didn't see how with the leads they sent you on you could earn a living.

Rencently the compangy I worked for closed without notice. I saw an ad in Craigslist for this company. Called and spoke to the Recruiter there a nice guy. I told him that I had done this years and years ago for a few days and he admitted that they acquired Crescent Processing. He assured me that the leads were good they verified them twice and convinced me to give it a try. They sent a tablet, and the training was minimal. I get assinged to Jerrin Ashford who one client after being hammered turned to me and said did this guy sell cars, I feel pressured and I don't like it.

So off I go running appointmens - day one the first client didn't need our services. Day two I sold a deal to make it work they took away $99 of my commission. I then ran other appointments. They say you are in a 20 mile radius of your home and that is untrue. They say the leads are confirmed - yeah weeks before and the rep never showed. I went on lover a dozen appointments - 3 yelled at me for not showing up weeks before and I didn't even work for them then. Two were out of the country when I showed up. Two were just comparing prices and one of those had a son in law who did it so he just wanted to see what our video showed and the son in law was there at the appointment. Others didn't have a need or spoke English.

So after asking numerous times to not be run aroaund and kept local I get sent 30 miles one way then to get to the next appointment another 30 or so then back to home base. I had reset appointments with business owners and was scheduld the same time as I was to be on a new appointment and told it didn't matter just show up. They set appoints at 9 am 10 am miles away so there could no way I could be there as scheduled. One client cancelled and they sent me anyway.

The icing on the cake is that I get a call from my sale and he said no one from Future Payment ever called him and they never sent the machine. I have not gotten paid either it is on activation and if they don't send the machine that won't happen. Now gas cost me like 60-80 dollars a notarization of my employment package another $20....now CA Labor Board says I get paid within 72 hours if I quit and since I did my job and they dropped the ball by not sending out the machine I will file a greivance with the Labor Board.

This company sent me on a wild goose chase and wasted not only my time but my money - so I feel it is my duty to warn others, and report then to the State of TX and the State of CA. The best part is I sent that tablet back to them first thing Monday after I quit and I get an email from some guy Juan passively aggressively demanding the return of the tablet which they should have by tomorrow unlike me receiving me payment.

I encourage anyone who they owe money to contact your local state officials and make them liable for what they do and howq they operate. I told them I needed to get paid by tomorrow or they would be reported to the Labor Board and they can then ne fined for paying late.

I was approached by a representative for Future Payment Technology and was told they could offer me a new terminal with the upcoming requirement of the chip processing at no charge for the equipment. He also told me he could save me a substantial amount monthly on our charges, they have not!

Another promise was that they would reimburse us for any cancellation fee from our current processing merchant, they have not!

They are virtually impossible to contact and their website to get information from is horrible.

I would not recommend them to anyone and hopefully will be through with them as soon as possible (that is if I can get in touch with anyone).

In early 2014, this company came to my salon offering a "great deal" on merchant services. I was told there would be no contract and no compliance fees. After only three months of being with the company, there turned out to be hidden fees we were not informed about. When I called to complain, they told me that I was in fact in a contract.

After the year ended, I attempted to cancel my service with them, due to hidden charges, lack of 24 hour support and faulty equipment. At that time I was told that the contract auto-renewed. I asked several times to see literature on this contract that I never signed and they could not produce it. Finally, I reached someone named Andrew at the company who gave me a cancellation number and assured me I would not be charged any further.

Today, I noticed they charged my bank account $700. I don't know what this is for. There is also a separate charge from them for $13.16, which appears to be the regular monthly fee, as if I were still a customer, even though I have a cancellation number, and email confirmation from them. They sent a courier to come pick up their equipment, I have a tracking number for this, so that's not the issue.

I contacted my bank today to dispute this unauthroized charge, and hopefully there is some mistake that will be rectified quickly. I will update this report as this unfolds.

I have been with Crescent Processing now known as Future Payment Technologies a couple of years now. In September, I noticed a $25 minimum balance discount fee under the details section of my online account.

I called Future Payment Technologies (FPT) from my work phone and after a lengthy time on hold I was told a manager would get back to me with the amount of my refund. I never heard from a manager and when I printed out my September statement I noticed the fee was again listed on the statement.

I called FPT again from my work phone.

At first I was put on a musical hold for approximately 10 minutes after pressing all the correct buttons to get to the right department. Then someone picked up and hung up the phone to disconnect the call. I tried a second time and they did the same thing.

While on their musical hold a third time, I picked up my cell phone and placed a call, was on hold for about 10 minutes and then I was finally connected to a live person while still on hold on my landline work phone. I inquired about my refund and this repetitive fee which I could only see 12 months online and I was told the minimum balance requirement is $1500 per month.

I explained to them that I do meet the requirement except for a few months a year due to the seasonality of my business. The support person went back 2 years and noticed the fee each month and agreed with me that I was wrongfully charged.

I received a refund of $133.22 out of at least $400.00. When asked why I didn’t receive the full amount I was told it states on page 10 of my contract that they only have to refund up to 3 months of wrongful charges.

I referred a bookkeeping client of mine to Crescent Processing around the same time I signed on with the. I reviewed his account also and found the exact same charge! We both are due a refund and I wonder how many other people out there are too! Buyer Beware!
