I ordered sneakers on May 16, 2015 for a birthday gift (Confirmation#r7034874750). The website stated my card would NOT be charged until they received enough orders to have them printed. FALSE. My card was charged right away but it's almost 2 months later and I've gotten nothing but a runaround. Itried to call the number on the website but of course it doesn't work. I sent a message through their website asking for the status and received emails back from Roxana Ananie ([email protected]). First she told me the order had been canceled. I asked for my money back. Then she told me he order was printed and would be shipped. I asked for a tracking number. She couldn't give me one. again, I asked for my money back. She blamed the postal service and said the package needed to be reroute do because the post office couldn't handle their shipments. I told her I didn't even want the sneakers as I fell I'm being scammed. I asked for my money back several times and to date they have strung me along. I am extremely frustrated!!

Fyves does crowd sourcing for certain custom clothing items. I was the 6th or 7th person to fund a custom pair of Futurama shoes. The company sent me an order number but no tracking number. The money was taken out of my account when the goal for the project was released. I recieved order confirmation. I waited a month and no shoes. I emailed them and they replied within the hour and said that they were out of the size I had ordered. I asked them to send me a size bigger and that I would deal with it. They told me they were out of that size too. The customer service rep offered to cancel my order for a full refund. I liked that idea and said to. She offered no other solution. She didn't say they were trying to make more of the size. Just that they were out and I was SOL. I waited another month and no refund appeared in the mail or in my account. I emailed them again and they said their refund processes were delayed due to an "increased work load". They promised me a refund within 4 days of that email. That was 3 weeks ago and I still don't have my refund or my shoes. I email the company every day inquiring about my refund and they don't respond to me anymore. They have ceased all communication with me. Since I've emailed Fyves, I have started receiving an enormous amount of spam at the address that I used to contact them. I'm willing to bet that they sold my email address to third parties. The phone number does not work and always goes to an answering machine that speaks Romanian. Do. Not. Buy. From. Fyves.

Some time back in March my mother purchased a pair of Converse All Stars with the Dallas Cowboys logo on it from this company. I'm a Dallas Cowboys fan and I mentioned I wanted them for my birthday. I have not received them and I have sent several chat messages to them. They responded to one where I asked them to change the size before shipping so I figured they were a legitimate company...WRONG! I have yet to receive my shoes and it has been over three months since they were ordered and paid for! I have tried chatting with them but no one responds. So basically they've just taken the money and run.

DON'T do business with this company, they will do the same to you. I even went to this bogus site www.track-trace.com to track my package and it just sent me around in circles. They couldn't find anything, all I had was an order number. My tracking number was supposed to be sent via email but do you think I ever got that?...don't worry, I'll wait. My order number is R4559544301 Companies like this should be shut down! I'll keep my money in America from now on and shop with companies that I can trust. My order number is R4559544301...still waiting!

I waited for my order. Now the 60 days is up. I can't now get this back from my credit card company. What do I do now? I waited over 2 months for shipment.

The Fyves advertised a campaign to sell a certain amount of t-shirts with a particular design (a take-off on Red Bull energy drinks, using a picture of a French bulldog instead of a bull, and calling it French Bull). I received several emails after reserving mine, indicating that they received my order, that the goal had been met and my payment was being captured (it hasn't) and that my order would be shipped in 4 to 5 business days. Their website, fyves.com is not working and returns an error message.

My campaign ended 04/26/15. It's been that long and haven't even gotten an email they have shipped out my order. Don't order from them.

March 21st, 2015 I ordered a pair of High Top Red converse sneakers with the REAL soccer logo (she's a huge soccer player)for my 14 year old daughter. These shoes were a reward for an amazing report card. It was crowd funding. If goal was met, they produced the item. Goal was met.

My PayPal account was deducted the $49.82 plus $8.50 shipping. My daughter is devastated that we haven't received these. I got a confirmation email with an order # but no tracking#. Cannot call the company, as they are in Europe. Emailing them and no one gets back to you. Online chat function on their site is worthless. They say they will give you a free shirt if they don't reach you in 24 hours. That also is a falsehood. My order # is R1180463507.
