I am going to copy the former Report, for the exact incident has happened to me as well. With no response from the company, my bank isnt even able to find a merchant number for this.
I found this company off of the Dr. Oz reports about supplements that can assist in weightloss. I am not looking for a miracle. I workout everyday but I battle against exercise induced asthma, and PCOS. I was looking for something to help me and saw this website. It was a free trial for a month. No where on the site did it say they were out of the United States. I ordered the free trial using the promo code off the Dr. Oz website and waited. I still have not recieved the order and they have charged me $89.99. Now on the terms page of the website it does say thay you have 14 days from the time you recieved the package so cancel your subscription. I was well aware and had planned to do so until I knew if the product would work. I have emailed the company at several addresses and no one responds to the messages. I have tried to call the company and it always forwards you to a voicemail and then the voicemail is always full. The website says the only way to cancel is email or call but you can't do either one.
