Never use this company. I called at 8AM and was told that they we would be at my home by 12 PM. They showed up at three. They did not tell there was a $175.00 service charge. Then the spring that needed to be repaired was twice the cost of anyone else. Then they broke a slide which meant I need to buy a new unit. I paid them for the work done and threw them out. They are ripoff artist and they use deceptive advertising. Never use them.
