I ordered from them 2 weks ago and first they over charged me and put me down for another bottle that i did not authorize. I let it go cause i only paid for shipping. I did call the day that I put in the order to confirm how many bottle I had and they said 2 when they charged me for three. I then asked her if they would charge me again she said I would have until april 1st to cancel or i would be charged $45.
I remembered to call them on March 31st to cancel I was on the phone for an hour to cancel because the guy was talking over me to get me to not cancel. I had to yell a little for him to stop and cancel my account. He then told me that i would have to return the product since i canceled, even my open bottles. I said okay because I didnot care and was over talking with them. I looked on my account the next day to see a $89.95 charge on my card. I called and they said he did not cancel my full account. Once again they tried to get me to stay and i said no and had to get angry to talk with a manager because they was only going to refund half the amount and refund the other half when they get the bottles.
I told them they better refund it all today. she eventually agreed that she will refund it all today but it will take a week for me to get the money back. I then called my bank to see what they could do, and they said if they faxed a letter to the bank they would refund it the next day. I called them back and the supervisor said they can not fax letters it is up to corporate. i asked for corporates number and they said they do not have corporates number. this website is a scam and will do anything to get money. this company needs to be shut down because what they are doing is not right.
I responded to an ad for garcinia camboga on the internet. The ad stated free trial you pay only shipping and
handling of $6.95. I decided I had nothing to lose. Free right? When I received my order I set it aside to start on April 1, 2015. I did not realize that the free trial was for only 14 days or you have to call and cancel and at this point I still can say that I don't recall seeing that clause nor the one stating that they would charge the full price every month being a weight loss subscription. Please! Who in their right mind would subscribe to that. At any rate, upon receiving my credit card statement I see a charge of $79.50. I immediately called the number on my bottle of pills. I was told that I didn't call and cancel and there was nothing they could do but offer me a complimentary refund of $20.00. No refund!! I called my card issuer and we did a three way call. He was told him the same garbage. They tried to charge my card another $79.50 but it was denied for the monthe of March. Thank the Lord I didn't get the second bottle ordered or I would have lost double the money. DO NOT ORDER THIS KIND OF STUFF FROM THE NET. Go to GNC. I still plan to dispute the charges.
