Gave a $500.00 dollar cash deposit for a car to be delivered in four (4) days, on delivery date found out car would not be ready for another week. Requested a refund as the time frame was not acceptable. we were told a check would be mailed out in a few days, it has been three weeks, numerous phone calls and visits to dealer and still no refund.
