I placed an order with this "company" on 4-30-15 and was e-mailed an acknowledgement immediately. On 5-4-15 they charged my credit card and sent me an e-mail stating that the order was shipping.

On 5-15-15 i was curious as to the status and clicked on the link in the e-mail and was greeted by a note stating that "all shipping had been stopped until the 2016 spring season". I called the customer service number, sat on hold for 30 minutes and then was told to leave a message and someone would call back the same day. No one did.

I called again on 5-18-15 and the same thing happened. On 5-19-15 i wans't even able to hold, they immediately wanted me to leave a message. So i called about 10 times in a row, trying differnet menu options and extensions and someone called me back, from a blocked number mind you! i was told that their supplier in tennessee was behind and that the order would ship in approx. 2 weeks. I very nicely said i wanted to cancel the order and for them reverse my card charge, they stated they could/would not as the order had been processed.

Ripped Off

I ordered some pepper plants from them on 4/8/15 they notified me on 4/23/15 the plants had been shipped. So sorry to report, the plants have not arrive as of today, 5/17/2015! I hope this company does not continue to scam me. They have my credit card info. Dorothy Rasmussen

I submitted an online order 2/15/2014 for several vegatable and fruit plants. As of 5/23/2014 I am still waiting for my order to be resolved. Growing season is skrinking while they play with themselves. BURN YOUR MONEY FOR BETTER SATISFACTION.

They lied to me on 2 occasions that I know of telling me the order has been shipped and when I check back days later, I'm told it has not yet been shipped.

I ordered my trees from the company website at www.empressroyaltree.com on 2/26/14, and as of 5/22/14, no one has responded to my emails, the toll free number on my emailed order receipt is disconnected, and the main company phone listed on their website simply redirects you and no one answers, and call finally hangs up after 10 minutes or so.

They have several websites, including www.gardnerscollection.com, www.empressroyaltree.com, www.royaltreetv.com, as well as a website where you can leave reviews (that don't show up on the site) at www.tvstuffreviews.com/empress-royal-tree

I am EXTREMELY unhappy, ripped off, and this company is a TOTAL SCAM!!!

No one returns your emails, phone calls go nowhere, and they spend a TON OF MONEY on advertising in Google Ads, website searches, and more, all in a concentrated effort to get you to send them money.

They have specials, YouTube videos, and more that try to entice you into buying from them.

Well, I bought those trees, and never received them, nor any communication whatsover, except for the emailed receipt.

They indicated that the credit card would not be charged until order was shipped, and order was NEVER shipped, but they sure did charge my card. No tracking info has ever been provided as well.

THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE STOPPED AT ALL COSTS!!!!

I ordered plants from the gardeners collection back in march of 2014. my credit card was charged on may 2014. they are suppose to arrive in time for planting. it says that all plants are gone and they will mail out next spring 2015,however it also says that our credit card wont be charged until they are shipped. i have been trying for several days to contact them with no response. help i dont know what to do. thanks sad gardener.

Gardeners Collection is a SCAM! Don't give them your payment information. As soon as they have your payment information they process your order without your order approval and before you are told what your total charges are going to be. The shipping was supposed to be free for any addiotional orders but instead you will be charged about 5 X the price they quoted for the original shipping and handling of 5.95 and you have no way to go back to the original order page to cancel the order. You are given only one option button which says submit order. If you exit from the page your order will be automatically submitted. I received email confirmation that ordered was processed and I checked my card and the payment was in process.
