Run, don't walk, but run away from this dreaded place! It has been 3 months since I paid my deposit and they are still not finished with my pool. They have lied right to my face and blamed it on everything from rain to people being sick (twice) and someone had Jury Duty. Excuses, excuses!
My wife has even talked to Gary personally and he just seemed to blow her off. I've left 2 messages for Gary to personally call me and he never did. From their salesmen down to their job foreman, they are all lying snakes.
The workers (if they show up) have 2 speeds: slow and stop. That is not a joke. They'll show up at 11, work an hour, take a lunch break and then not come back until 3 or 4pm and then promptly leave at 5pm. Because of their erratic schedule, when they finally did set the pool and began to fill and backfill it was approaching 5 pm so they left. Then rain came and because the pool was not set properly the rain floated the pool out of the hole and cracked the shell. So then they had to drain the pool, remove it, and then send someone out to repair it. So I now have a crack repaired pool instead of the new one that I paid for.
Every day I have to call and see if they are going to be working. If they're not, they just won't answer the phone. If they do answer, it's always another excuse...."we're in Callallen" or "we're in Portland", always on another job site.
I noticed that as soon as they received the majority of my money (when the pool was delivered), the work slowed and/or stopped. Some days they don't even show up!
The worst part is literally being lied to in the face. Please do not do business with this deceptive people!
Had gary's pool and patio install an inground pool and it took 4 times longer than they quoted and then once they did get it in and supposed to be working the deep end doesnt get enough circulation so it stays green. Spoke with garys last week and they assured me someone would be out this week to fix things and what do you know they never showed and this is exactly what I went through when they were installing it so why would now be any different.
