I purchased an air compressor from this company on December 4th. I contacted them December 16th since they did not send any updates. The "receptionist" took my contact info and created a ticket. Chasity Barber advised me that my item should go out on the 17th. Still no update since. Called again, another ticket created.
I ended up purchasing the item elsewhere and currently disputing charge with my bank. I emailed both [email protected], [email protected] and [email protected] to advise them of the dispute. No one has yet to contact me.
I ordered a $500 generator from this company on Dec 2nd 2014 via their website GeneratorNow.com. It's now Dec 11th and I haven't heard a peep about status since the email I received literally 24 hours after my order stating "Due to high demand the generator will ship by Dec 12th at the latest". Yet they charged my card right away (most companies wait until product has shipped).
Nothing has shipped yet and the generator order doesn't even appear to have been processed. NO RESPONSE from company despite several attempts to contact and two "support tickets" created through their website. They do not answer their CS phone. EVER. I have sent them an email to their "admin" which they state is for questions regarding my order. Nothing back from them either. THIS IS A SCAM. If it turns out differently I will update but I am 24 hours away from reporting this to my credit card's fraud department as a scam and cancelling payment.
BUYER BEWARE!!! They are based out of Denver Colorado supposedly. They use a service to block their identity on the web and seem to be a very secretive company. I have read another report almost identical to mine against this site. The company is supposedly only 1 year old(???). Who knows.....

Ordered 11/27/14.
CC charged 12/01/14.
Email confirmation/notice of delay received 12/04/14.
Notified shipment sent 12/09/14.
As of 12/19/14 no shipment received. Numerous emails unanswered. Attempts to call unsuccessful.
