Giannone Towing is not at all the company it tries to portray itself on the company website. The business address ( 324 Jefferson St. ) this crook owner uses is his cousins apartment. The storage lot (611 Airy St.) he claims that he has is not his and when I went there and asked for him they said they were going to call the cops on him bc he keeps sending ppl there and using their address as his own and were tired of it. When I went to the listing at 324 Jefferson St. it's nothing more than a run down apartment which one would assume was abandoned but his cousin lives there and said he, Carmen Giannone just uses the address sometimes. As I walked up the steps I noticed lying in the mailbox SEVERAL Certified letter notices from District Courts that were addressed to Giannone Towing. The pile up proves that this crook was not responding and obviously has no intention to because Carmen the Crook knows they are civil suits against him.
I was unfortunate enough to get my car towed by this felonious crook who happens to be a felon because of the way he chose to do business and yet he still at it today. He made up an extremely outrageous bill for me to get my car back and then charged me to get my belongings ad yet I was not allowed to get my own belongings out of the vehicle as he stated it was company policy to 'bag it up.' I was not even allowed to see my car as I requested. When I called him out for being a crook he then went to the police station and told them I threatened to bomb his lot. Little did he know when he went to the police station I was also there and about to make a report about him and I was standing next to him as he told these lies to the police. It was a ploy so he would not have to show me where my car was bc I called him out for using another business' address as his own. When I interrupted and said 'Excuse me. I'm that guy and he's lying.'..the look on his face was priceless. It looked like he saw a ghost. Lol. It was a kodak moment for sure !!
So even though I was in town and wanted to get my stuff this punk crook was being totally unreasonable and saying I had to make an appointment and give 24 hr notice and he needs a registration fee. Carmen then says to meet back at the police station to get my belongings back and we agree that will be in 2 days. So when he finally gets to the police station on the our scheduled appt day he insist I must sign for my stuff before I check it all,which I did not like the idea of and for good reason because after I researched this guy and saw how crooked he was I knew I would be missing belongings and sure enough I was missing many belongings. The police were present as we did our exchange and they weren't much help except for the fact if they weren't there things would of went down a lot different. The police were saying it's a civil matter if things are missing and take him to court. Carmen plays off the it's a civil court matter and he thinks he has some license to steal and you have no rights. And in some ways you don't and he plays off that and tries to extort ppl with made up fees and charges. If you do a tiny bit of research on this guy you will see he is a crook and nobody you want to do business with...EVER !! I was told there have been 'NONSTOP' complaints about the business practices of this guy and is being investigated and possible criminal charges AGAIN and license revoked. It couldn't happen to a better person. he's the cream of the crop of crooks in this industry and hated by many as a quick google research wll show.
I'm now in the process of filing my own civil report but I wont waste my time and send a certified letter to his cousins house but wll instead get my cousin to serve it to him personally. Oh yes it's nice having a cousin who is a constable. I guess so but he said he'll be more than happy to track him down and serve him with a subpoena for our court date. Luckily I keep all my receipts of stuff so it's easy to figure out what is the $$ loss of the items that Carmen Giannone stole from my car while in his possession. I can't wait to see his this crook again. Oh yeh during the exchange at the police station me and Carmen had some words and he got out of truck as if he were going to beat me up but little does he know this little guy is old school and I think all men should settle their issues with their hands and I use to box and do BJJ and mma b4 it was even popular and on tv and I would love a rumble so I said to the crook lets go up the street and settle this then but he refused to and just wanted to act tough in front of the police station. I swear I would pay this guy to just give me an old fashioned fair 1. I'm betting the house I scar up the other side of his face and KO him....BUT punk thieves like him want to hide behind police and courts. If you do pop him in his jaw he'll just get you locked up and make up some BS and press charges. Why are the ppl like Carmen who are downright scandelious thieves the BIGGEST PUNKS around?? So I have no choice but to let him have through the courts and my man cousin lol..I would love to see his face when my cuz tracks him down and hands him supoena bc he makes quite an effort to dodge all his mail for court. But I do admit I would drop the civil case, the reports to the state, DOB, BBB etc. etc for just 1 round with me. Just 1. I'll get new stuff but am I so wrong for just wanting to stand toe to toe and KO him??? After reeading all the BS he did to other ppl it really just burned me up and now it's my mission to shut this guy down..FOREVER !!A lil while at least. Lol.
