MY husband and I went to the offices of Glantz Law at this address and had some revisions made to our Living Trust. It was a while back now. I do not recall if we walked out with a copy of the revisions or if they were sent to us now. I was told we could obtain anotrher copy from their archives if we needed it but that there may be a small fee to do this.
We wanted to verify the ammended trust, perhaps make new amendments , and make sure a copy is at home on file for our children but we can not locate our copy, if we did receive one. I have called Glantz countless times to request that they send us a copy of our trust, the one their attorney did for us with the revisions but no one has responded to me .
I was told that there was a '''conflict on the probate'' and they coiuld not help me. Probate is when some body dies, - no one has died so far - and there is no conflict either. I then said,
''Ok, fine, your attorney does not want to answer any questions, fine, we can go to another attorney but Please ! send us a copy of the living trust that you told me is stored in your archives. '''
I have spoken to the secretary several times but no one has called me. We simply want a copy of our living trust.
