I donot even no how I ended up here, but never will I reccomend or use this busissnes. Short story, my van got towed with out my notice . When I found out I called and the person answering would take a mess. or tell me he is not here or he just strp out. All I wanted was the important personal files and documents that had my name and other info only pertaining to me. Not to mention items worth dollars and memories, my dogs ashes in a eurn .also around 1200.00 worth of tools , antiques, pics of my deccesed mom & dad, etc. I would given him the title to the van, all I wanted was the items inside ,including my wifes things. Horse stuff when she used to ride before here double heart bypass surgery 5yrs. ago. So not to drag this on as far as I have OUR 38 yrs. of marriage has hit a huge bump in the the road of life. We still have some things worth far more then the busness ethics that Genn ANN Towing has ! P.S The van was not illegally parked and was on private property .
