Due to this place i was in the negative in my account i had their credit card machine for 4 months and there was a charge of $6 a month which i was ok with and they have a charge of $95 a year but here is where they messed me up 4 months of working with them they hit me with a year charge and wasnt notified before hand that the charge was coming up ....so they cost me bank charges because I had paid off my accounts for my business..so I called them on it and they refused to help promo me ...so i called my sales person and told her to pick up the machine ..i called this place back to tell them to cancel and now they want me to pay almost $300 in cancelation fees !!! are you serious?
Please DO NOT USE THEM YOU WILL GET F***** OVER AND THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU AT ALL

Found a charge on my account that i didn't make to global payments. They had tried this before and i had bank to charge back to global. This time turning for to assistant district turning to file charges of harassments, theft, wire theft and damages to me for the mental strain. Would love to be there when the sherriff's department shows up to arrest and serve warrant for committing a felony.
I called my bank and submitted a dispute against Global STL. Requested to have all charges cancelled and charged back. My bank was more than happy to comply. They were charging me $3.99 each month for the last 4 months. No authorizations were given for any charges.
For anyone who is having this same problem, go straight to you bank and have your bank help you out.
No stars for these crooks! For years I have tried to reach them but I have been on hold for so long I always had to give up. I have a hands on job and cannot be on the phone when with clients. This company has collected thousands from my bank account and the fees make absolutely no sense as I have not processed cards through them in over 3 years! I finally put a stop payment through the bank and actually reported them to the bank. I will take further action to get reimbursed. I will also report them to the Better Business Bureau.
