On 01/12/2009 I responded to an ad online to a free sample of the Acai Berry Weight Loss Product for only $3.97 shipping.
After I had entered my personal and payment information, it took me to a page showing the total Price for Product as $209.70.
It would not let me edit my order or cancel it or go back to the previous page.
On 01/17/2009 I spoke to Chantelle and was given return instructions with a return number. I had not received the product yet.
Onh 02/03/2009 I spoke to Kara and the supervisor had approved the refund of $209.70.
It is 12/15/2014 and I have not received my refund.
I refunse to give up on this. It is too much money to be robbed of.
