Ordered two items from Go Vacuum on March 27. One arrived and the other one is stuck in shipping land somewhere. They sent it out FEDEX and when I call FedEx they say that don't have it that it went to the post office. When I call the post office they say they do not have that tracking number. I told go Vacuum and they will not issue a refund. They told me I must send the package back to get a refund. If I had the package I would not need a refund.
