These people are a FRAUD. They are nothing more than a worthless credit repair company that uses the word "Compliance" instead of "Credit". If you have "compliance" issues, you have "credit" issues in need of repair. They are also VERY wise to how regular local banks handle debit/credit card disputes. Once you give them your information they have you by the ass if you try and get your money back. Don't waste your money with these fraudsters..
I completely agree with Kevin Stokes! I spoke to Cody Rich last night (11/05/2014) and he is an absolute ASS HOLE! I applied online for a business loan and Cody called me within 10 minutes of my submission. He TRIED to fly through the so called "BASICS" of the phone application but when it came down to collecting my $99.00 from my credit card for the so called "Underwriting Fee", that's when I applied the brakes. I began to ask Cody for more information about the company and what all they had to offer so I could be more "In Tune" with what we were about to start. When I did not give him my credit card information upfront, Cody began to get irrate, loud and talking over me. He was very rude and extremely unprofessional. I could not get a word in edgewise. I had already felt like I had provided to much information to him in the beginning without researching this company first! Had I have read these reviews before hand, I would not have given this company the time of day! Cody and this company are COMPLETE FOOLS AND FRAUDS. I do not recommend using them for anything.
I have already reported this company to the BBB, provided Cody's name and contact information and will continue to push this issue with their upper management team. My advice would be to place Fraud Alerts on your credit report(s) especially if you gave them person information because Cody is definitely FRAUDULENT! The positive reviews about the company that you have/will read are FAKE. Those are not honest reviews and they were published by members/employee(s) of Go 2 Capital. Do not believe the hype, this business is a JOKE! If I could rate this business as 1/100th of a star, I definitely would do so because 1 star is certainly being over generous! I was already approved with these lenders but thought I could get better rates going through Go2Capital. I'm down $750 and reapplying with the lenders I applied with before. Heads up; apply straight to the lender.
I needed a loan over 6 months ago. I was connected with Derick Faller who told me that there was a 2k fee to do the underwriting for the loan and that I was already preapproved for over a 200k loan.
During the 6 months, they would send me one form at a time to fill in instead of sending everything I needed at once.
Weeks would go by and if I asked why it was taking so long, they would just send me another form to fill. And then they forced me to make a dba which I had to pay another 200+ for.
Then 5 months into it, after I asked again on the status of my application, they sent me a wells Fargo loan application. Something that I could have filled on my own without them.
When I asked derick why I was charged 2k for their service for something I could have done on my own, he said it was for them to build my business plan. WHICH I ALREADY HAD PREMADE BEFORE THE LOAN PROCESS AND SENT DIRECTLY TO HIM.
I demanded a full refund and he said I can only get 50% back once wells Fargo denies my application.
I called wells Fargo and they said that there was absolutely no loan or application being processed towards me.
I tried calling and emailing Derick but I have yet to hear back from him.
I have been working with this company for over 5 months, they do not return calls, nor do they try to contact you in any way. Finally after about 4 1/2 months into this I finally get a call back from Derick. All he wanted me to do was apply for credit cards for my company. On 10-9-17 I received a call from my potential lender, and when I asked when they received my application , I was told on 10-4-17, Derick never sent in the paperwork, but when I spoke with him he told me he would look into it and get back to me. This company is a total joke, they never follow through, with what they say they are going to do. Do not I repeat DO NOT get yourself mixed up with this company. Research lenders on your own and work with them directly. As of today I will be contacting the BBB and maybe even a lawyer to try and recoup some of the money it has cost me . THEY ARE A SCAM COMPANY WHO SUCKS YOU IN WITHOUT ANY HELP AT ALL.
I was worried about on line scams abut after spending time talking with Mike Millward I was satisfied that they do a good job and are very knowledgeable about the loan and underwriting process. Mike refunded my initial $29.00 and still spent his time and money pointing me in he right direction to get things started. They are not miracle workers. If you have bad credit, no credit or a number of other issues the banks look at all they can do is give you direction and help you in any way they can. I am pleased with their help and I hope I can follow the directions they gave me and work towards getting a small loan in the future. IT IS NOT their fault if we have screwed our credit up, missed payments defaulted on loans etc. So I say thank you and I look forward to following your directions and working with Go2Capital in the future. Not only did they explain the various aspects and steps of the loan process but helped me greatly in sorting out the details in completing the applications and paperwork involved to get my loan.
In my opinion, the fee charged was well worth it and I would not hesitate to recommend their services to someone looking for a business loan.

Simple as that. They are con artists. They will charge you a $99 fee, and won't do as they promised.
