Godsey & Martin is not a good law firm at all. First of all they use case workers they DON NOT work with the client you never meet them if you call they they handle everthing by phone and fax. The thephy and xray compnay they use ARE HORRIBLE.
Whenever you call they NEVER return your call you have to call them to check on your case ,tell them what's going on their no communication. I had a problem with my care I told they my service and care I was getting from them and where they was sending me I was unhappy NOTHING WAS DONE AT ALL.
All they care about was they money. still in pain this will be with me for the rest of my life all they care about was if i want to have surgey, not if I 'm ok are nothing.

They would come where you are how can they come where you are when they do not introduce themselves to each client.
The case workers that I had was no to nice at all the first one respond in a timely manner. BUT the SECOND one was rude THE LAWYER that I had then ooo did i forget to say you have many lawyer when your case mangers change your lawyer change and still never know about your case unless you ask ,and still be in pain I JUST TOLD THE MTO DISCHARGE ME I still was going home in more pain when I leftt the therphy then before I went I told them that as well still nothing was done.
I really do not advise noone to use this company PLEASE do not do like I did and forgot to read up on this company. THEY DO BAD BUSINESS.
Well l am in the same boat, I guess that I will be waiting for it seems 2 or more years for my case to be settled. They dont return calls, they dont think that your case or hardship is urgent. My car has been parked waiting for an appraisal for damages 5 months. Very poor representation for so called attorneys.
