The story of Jahhi McMath is well known.

This 13 year old obese girl died after a very complicated surgery in Oakland California in December of 2013.

She was brain dead. Well, she IS dead. The cororner has issued a death certificate. Legally and for all intents and purposes, Jahi McMath is dead.

The family decided a handful of doctors had no idea what they were talking about and decided instead of a funeral, they would take Jahi's body to New Jersey, where the law says you can hook a body up to life support to keep the heart beating due to religious beliefs.

Then, they started asking for money. They also allowed the public to confuse brain death with coma and dupe many, many people into donating thousands and thousands of dollars.

To this date, there is over $60,000 in that gofindme account. Jahi's mother was caught early on, posting photos of Jahi on the internet, capturing close up's of decomposition. Pitted black dents in the fingers are clearly seen.

Other pictures show blackened toes as well.

The mother, Winkfield also uploaded photos of her and family/friends at expensive dinners and showing off new designer purchases and laughing and cussing it up online, unaware that the public was reading and making copies of the sickening photos of poor Jahi.

All these purchases and the photos of them were uploaded during the time the gofindme money was rolling in.

I decided to do this report after seeing a petition this weekend where someone FINALLY is getting signatures together to shut down and stop this woman for taking any more money from kind but vulnerable people.

I do agree with this petition and those who have signed it already. IT MUST STOP.

Pretending Jahi is alive is a horrible, awful thing to do to the public and is morally wrong and corrupt.

DO NOT GIVE MONEY TO THIS WOMAN OR FAMILY.

Jahi McMath was a little girl, taken advantage of by her family and unfortunate circumstances.

NO MORE.

Please join the other who have signed the petition (s) and start one yourself and get as many signatures as you can. As soon as I saw the petition for the first time this weekend, I was beside myself with joy for the first time in all of this nonsense.

Maybe....just maybe, these people will stop committing fraud if enough of the public let them know that we no longer accept anything from them anymore.

I ordered from this consumer on March 3, 2015 baked goods containing cookies, cheesecake jars, peach cobbler, etc. She stated that when I pay for shipping its next day shipping and I should have the items before Saturday, March 7, 2015. It is March 25, 2015, I have yet to receive my full order from the consumer. When I asked for tracking information to follow-up with my order, the tracking information was not valid as of Thursday, March 5th. I continued to contact the consumer on where my order was. Owner stated that items are on their way. I was concerned as these are perishable items but owner sends the items a day later after she provided me tracking information. The longer she waited to send my items the less edible they became. Over the weekend I followed up with the owner informing her that items still were not received as she stated I would have before Saturday. I am sure she made these items Wednesday or Thursday.

Finally, on Monday, March 9, 2015 some of my items arrived (all the jars). One this is not the type of shipping I paid for, secondly, the items I ordered contained fruit and cheesecakes. The consumer stated she shipped items before Saturday, so it appears my items were just sitting out without proper refrigeration at the post office. Making my items no longer good to eat since more than one day of not proper cooling. I notified the consumer that my cookies were not with the items received. She stated that the cookies were shipped separately. I contacted Business owner on Thursday, March 12, 2015 to inform her that cookies still have not been received and to provide tracking or issue a refund. I feel my items were shipped later than stated. I placed my order on March 3 and she provided shipping on March 5th; which means the items were made already, however, on the packing slip it shows she shipped the items on March 6th. I informed owner that I was displeased with her services as the jars I ordered were no longer edible to eat. She apologized by blaming the issue on the post office. I provided the owner with picture to make a complaint with the post office for my damaged order. The owner stated she has no problem with giving me a refund or can provide a re-made order with my items and with the cookies I never received by sending them next day shipping through fedex. After I stated that shipping seems to be an issue, owner stated she will deliver my goods herself.

On Thursday, March 12, the owner and I discussed a time for delivery for Saturday, I informed the owner that I have other obligations at 2pm, we both agreed to meet on Saturday, March 14, 2015 to exchange the new items I ordered at12pm. The owner stated that she will be arriving around 12 to 1pm. I informed owner I had somewhere to be by 2pm and the latest I can wait is 1:15pm; but we agreed on meeting before 1pm. That day the owner texted me saying she will be coming closer to 1PM. The last I heard from the consumer is when I texted her to see when she was on her way, which was 12:25pm. After waiting passed the time we discussed; I texted the owner at 1:07pm, no response. I called the owner at 1:15pm to check where she was as I needed to leave, she didn't pick up her phone or text me back. I left my location to head to my other obligation as I had informed her about prior.

At 1:31 pm, I receive a text message from the owner stating she was at the location and was only 10 minutes late to dropping my items off. However, her phone died (and she only had a wall charger) and that is the reason for not responding or answering my call. Which I thought was interesting she was able to text me back and forth with a dead battery. How all of the sudden you arrive at my house and your phone is back on to text me? Regardless as a business owner, if your battery is running low inform the customer your close by and phone may die. I had no idea where the owner was and how close she was to dropping off as she was already running late. The owner and I went back and forth on the issue with her being late to exchange items as she arrived at 1:30pm and we agreed to meet before 1pm. That is more than 10 mins late; which she was already pushing the time as I told her I can’t meet passed 1:15pm as a courtesy to her. It is common customer service as your items that were shipped were bad and no longer edible, you attempt to remake the goods but are late to dropping them off. As the owner and if you feel pressed for time maybe scheduling another time would have been better.

At this point, I felt it was just time to end business with the owner as she does not respect time deadlines as shipping items were late and delivering my items she was late. As the customer, I attempted to call and text the owner on her where-abouts and no response. It was clear that a refund was due as I never received the items I paid for. She stated in text that she can meet me at the new location I was obligated to. I told her she can come there to drop off items. Owner than changed offer and stated I now needed to drive to her location and pick up my items in which from the beginning I had paid her for shipping. I stated to the owner that I would like a refund. She refused to issue me my refund and told me I have 24 hours to pick up my items from her. I informed her I paid for shipping on my items in which I never got the next day shipping as stated and I have yet to receive my cookies as of 3/25/15. Also, it is interesting that she says I have 24 hours to pick up my order, but she placed my ordered items on Instagram to sell, which is making a double profit and has yet give me the items I paid for.

She is a MASTER LIAR, MANIPULATOR , CON WOMAN AND ALL AROUND FRAUD.

MALINDA BURNS IS COLLECTING FUNDS THROUGH A WEBSITE " GOFUNDME.COM AND ALSO COLLECTING MONIES FROM THE STATE OF NJ AND WORKMANS COMP.

THIS PERSON HAS HAS CLAIMED TO HAVE MANY HEALTH ISSUE'S AND PROBLEMS THAT REQUIRE HER TO NOT WORK.

After I was requested via FB to send her monies through her "Gofundme account" I then did some investigating on my own.

Co worker's of mine and friends of friends through FB have also gotten this very same request.

The only reason some people even entertained the thought was due to the fact she had mentioned a very dear friend of mine that had recently passed away at a very young age from cancer.

To simplify the unethical and disgusting act of what this woman or girl is doing, she is EXPLOITING a very special man that died at a very young age to an illness we all know as Cancer.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT ALL THIS GIRL WANTS IS TO PROFIT FROM A MAN, A GREAT MAN, WHO LOST HIS LIFE, & RIPPOFF THE STATE WHILE WE ALL PAY TAXES TO PAY FOR HER.

I set up a page on gofundme.com to raise money for a small business collecting heating firewood. for a few days everything worked fine. then i was unable to post updates or see my campaign activity. i brought this to the attention of customer service. they told me it was my browser which worked fine before. i switched browsers. nothing. i contacted them again and again and again explaining my problem every time. i asked for a customer service number and they refused. i asked that the money be returned to the people that donated and my account be closed and nothing. i told them that crowdfunding has a time limit and due to the problems with their site time was being wasted on my fund. I sent several emails and tried to talk to someone. nothing... no response. i cannot delete nor log out of my gofundme account once logged in. i believe this and the nature of their website make it a total scam. im sick of those feeding on the weak. this has to stop. and they need shut down.

Chanel Brianna Pyles (aka Chanel Rouge/aka Chanel Namie/aka Chanel Usagi on facebook/twitter/instagram/model mayhem/google) of Suitland, Md. and D.C. is a liar, thief, con artist and a professional "escort" . I have as proof an admission of this in a letter handwritten by her and can be provided if necessary. After a two year relationship and discovering the truth, I broke it off-whereupon Ms. Pyles used my bank card to purchase $1500 worth of goods and services (I also have the police report and redacted bank records as evidence. She is now under investigation by a local police dept. for identity theft/unauthorized use of a bank card/grand larceny). Her latest online scam is a posting on "Gofundme.com" under "Chanel Namie" (gofundme.com/d1bmvw) asking for donations for a fake website. Do not send her money-she is a fraud.
