She is a liar, a conniving scammer,and a serial, freeloading ,schemer and artful dodger.She took advantage of my friend who allowed her to rent a room in her home and proceeded to run an illegal business from the house, as she has done in the past, allowed her dog to defile the floors , carpets, deck and back yard of the premises.She continued to use the driveway when asked not to because her car left numerous oil stains,refused to confine her dog to a dog run that was provided provided. nailed draperies and insect netting into woodwork, comandeered storage space and other parts of the house for her illegal business,while my friend was out of town.She left a votive candle burning on the mantel, causing damage, refused to lock the doors behind her when she left the house, NEVER paid the rent on time and then refused to quiit the premises when given a legal demand for her to do so, causing serious financial losses for my friend.
