I orcered guitar capo two months ago on March 16th and they processed PayPal payment immediately (an unethical practice). When I didn't receive product in 3 weeks, I e-mailed them to ask and received no reply. E-mailed them again 2 weeks later and again, no reply. Submitted complaint to PayPal. Still no reply. I have since seen them advertisting the exact product again, so it must be available. Apparently, they kept my money and plan to never send me the product. Avoid this company!
