Gold Stash for Cash Reviews

No response, phone numbers are disconnected

DO NOT use this company, It is a scam. I have used them in the past and gotten great service and fair money for my jewelry, so I did not even think to look into the reviews as of late. Apparently the company has gone south. I sent in a good bit of jewelry and have gotten no response. The address on the pre-paid shipping label is to the Fed Ex building so this "Chris" has an M. Kinney sign for my package but when I call the 1800 # and the location numbers they are all disconnected. My emails have not been responded to either. Fed Ex is looking into taking legal action against them based on my case if I don't receive a response and check. They have all their signatures on camera.

Piss poor company

I sent a few pieces of Jewelry back in January of 2014! And it's been over a year later no check! I've emailed a few times and no response back. Worst customer service ever!

I sent them my wedding rings which included a 5/8 carat diamond solitaire and a very substantial ring jacket with small diamonds and baguette sapphires. Both rings were 14kt gold.

I few days later I got a check from Christopher Bussing for $75.02! That's right! $75 for 5/8 carat and a bunch of gold.

Of course I immediately emailed them (on 30 June 20140) through the website and asked to cancel my transaction and told them I wanted my rings back. I got a response right away from the owner Chris Bussing saying he would be happy to look into it and asked what I thought I should've gotten for them. I replied back the same day thanks but I would rather have my rings.

I have sent 4 emails to Chris Bussing and another inquiry through the website and have not heard a word from him. He won't return my rings and I refuse to cash his $75.02 check.

According to the goldstash.com website I have 12 days to reject their offer and they would send my rings back. Also it says if you cash the check that means you accept the offer.

I am livid that the rings my jeweler said I could get $1000 for is being held hostage by this thief Chris Bussing.

All I want are my rings back.

I mailed my gold to this company and was never compensated for it. They did send me two checks that bounced and cost me an additional thirty dollars. Do not make the same mistake I did. Buyer beware! The BBB nor the State Attorney Generals Office was not able to retrieve my money.

On January 2, 2014, I overnighted a Fed Ex package containing a lot of my jewelry. The next day I tracked the package and it was delivered and sign by Chris Bussing. I received emails from an agent Angela Durham from Gold Stash for Cash and she assured me that the package was received and it was being process. I mail 7 gold chains, 8 gold necklaces, and the matching earings to the necklaces, 8 sets, 1 charm on a gold bracelet and 1 graduation ring. I have called several times to no avail. The agent stopped e-mailing. They rioped me off. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau, the Attorney General ( Thomas C. Horne). I even try contacting the tv news.

Here we are in June and I have no jewelry and no money.

I sent a large amount of jewelry to GoldStash in the pre-paid Fed Ex mailer that GoldStash sent me. I received an email on 4/30/2014 from GoldStash indicating that my jewerly had been received and was being processed. Per the website, you will receive a check or quote within 24-48 hrs of GoldStash receiving your valuables. I sent them an email a couple of days after I received an email that my package was received...I did not receive a response, so I called them on May 5, 2014. When you call 877-800-1077, you press an option, you wait and then the phone automatically disconnects you.

I have called this phone number a minimum of 20-30 times this past week from May 5th - May 9th, 2014 to ask 1 simple question ""When might I expect a quote or a check"" Nothing...my emails have been opened and read (per my return receipt info) from Christopher Bussing, who is the supposed owner, with no response. I even told him I could care less if he took my valuables and closed up shop...just tell me so I am not left wondering. I am certain that I have been scammed or ripped off.....What if I had received a check for my jewelry and I wanted to return it...how do you go about returning the check if you cannot get a hold of the company.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! I wouldn't even be so mad but all of the reviews indicated that Dave Ramsey recommends them and that they pride themselves on exceptional customer service, honesty and integrity! This is a bunch of lies....you send your stuff to these people...you might as well kiss it goodbye...take my advice...sell it at a local jewelry store or pawn it off! Better yet...let it keep accumulating dust in your jewelry box, cause if you send it to GoldStash you will never hear back from these shady people!

I sent my items on March 6, 2014. I requested to be called with a payment quote. I was contacted by owner of the company 2 weeks later with a offer of $562.00, I agreed. It's been over a month and I have not recieved payment. I contacted the owner and he promised to get to the bottom of the issue. Gold Stash is now not responding to my calls or emails. I want my money! They should. NOT be allowed to takepeople's property and not pay them.
