Its very simple, this company does not PAY broker and employee commissions.
I dont need to write a 10 paragraph complaint about these people, they know how they operate.
Not only is the loan process agonizing to the client, broker and LO, but atleast the client gets the satisfaction of going on with their life, never to do business with them again.
The broker or LO however who never gets paid for the business is told the loan must be sold off to an investor first and by that time, Danny, Henry , Thomas and Company have stopped answering the phone and are hiding llke cowards in thier locked office somewhere away from the main busilding.
I have not only NOT been paid for my hard work but I also lost some very valuable clients who were disgusted by the way in which this company operates and the total lack of appreciation for business that comes to them.
In trying to bring in business for GM I also was told by other brokers who worked with them, they were stiffed commissions and that I should take my clients and run.
Im now giving the same advice to anyone who thinks Got Mortgage can rise above their reputation.
For the above comment, if there are deals that you did not get paid on, please come to our office and ask for me personally, this is Danny. I have never had anyone that worked for my team that did not get paid. The ones that complain are usually the ones that turned in bad files and because of that the files never got closed. In either case, please contact me and I will find out what it is that happened. Also, please let me know which loan you are referring to. Thanks.
