We just started with this company on January 1, 2015. the plan was to stay in the network for all providers. Prior to any appointment being made I called them and gave the name and address of the doctor I wanted to see and it was confirmed as I also had a current list emailed for everything from primary, orthopedic, and physical therapy. After confirming theu were In network, I called to make the appointment and confirmed with the provider they were In Network. Then the fun begins when the bills would arrive saying out of netowrk here is your balance. This is after I paid an office visit co-pay of $20-$30 dollars. They give the same song and dance when I call them to ask why. Our provider lists are always changing and we cannot guarantee coverage or services. This is the biggest rip-off as you will pay well beyond your co-pay and monthly premiums. Run fast and far away when seeing this company on your list of choices. We are geting out as soon as possible!
