We have rented from this slumlord names David Gudmundsen. We were living/ renting for about 2 1/2 years. In that time we had a broken window, sewer roach problem, mice problems, plumbing. This slumlord refused to fix any issues that was reported to him countless of times. My 2 year old son developed health problems as well me and my husband. My son is now on a breathing machine because he refused to fix what was causing them health problems. I do not recommend of doing any business with this guy or business. I'm in the process of suing this guy and company for the damages he has caused as well of missing work and putting us in a financial bind. The city, county and news stations are involved with this. He took us to court and falsely reported damages to this home which there wasnt, we only stayed 2 week's prior from when we received a notice, charged us for court and lawyer charges.
We asked for our deposit which was refundable that we paid before moving into this dangerous home and he refused to return the money. So I highly recommend not to rent or do business with this guy as he is a snake and every sneaky what he does. This is a definite lesson to learn and the biggest mistake we have ever made with this slumlord.
