I was very careful to fill out the information requested including photos of picture ID, etc. paid the $100 deposit. I sent everything certified, chose Atlantic City from THEIR LIST with the date spread requested and not near a holiday. My 1st and 2nd choice dates went by and I called to be told Atlantic City is not on their list. I then selected New Orleans and again sent the papers certified. After a few months we approach my dates and I get a check for $100 and a letter saying I did not select dates departing on a Monday or Tuesday. Every paper I received said dates must depart Sunday, Monday or Tuesday. I followed the rules and the fact is these folks will make up rules as they go and actually be rude if you do find someone to talk to and unbelievably they actually lie. Do not go to any presentation or to anything related to Grand Incentives. It is a wait of time. Many years ago this was a reputable company. Thank goodness I did not buy a timeshare this time! BEWARE! These folks should have a class action suit against them. I have a proper Certified Mail paper trail if anyone knows of an Attorney wanting to go after these crooks!

Grand Incentives Company is a scam

I do not understand why this company is allowed to steal money from people and continue to do business. I have also lost money to this company without any goods received. I think all of the people who have complained should get together and file a class action law suit against them.

I am writing to express how extremely frustrated I am with the customer service I have received from Grand Incentives. I had “Your Getaway” incentive which I tried to redeem (Cert #3001891).

I mailed the request form & payment on September 26, 2012. My check (#1211) for $50 was cashed on 10-5-12. I had not heard anything so I called on 11-19-12 & spoke to Carol. She said that they were currently processing my request and to allow 2-3 weeks but it might take a little longer since my travel dates were not until March.

I received an email on 2-5-13 stating that the dates and locations were not available so I could select new dates. I could not believe that it took 4 months to receive a response only to find out that out of 3 different locations & dates nothing was available.

I called on 2-7-13 & spoke to Jeannie. I expressed how unhappy I was in the fact that after 4 months of waiting around for my request to be processed that nothing was available. She said that I could pick new dates or receive a refund. I requested a refund. She said it would take 4-6 weeks to process. I told her that her company has had my money since September & that was ridiculous. She said she would put a rush on it.

I called on 4-18-13. After being on hold for 35 minutes, I talked to Dana. She said that my refund was “being processed”. I told her that it has been over 2 months since my refund was “being processed” & over 6 months since my check had been cashed. She had a major attitude. She said she put an urgent request & I should receive my refund in 10 business days.

I called again on 6-24-13, since I still had not received my refund. After being on hold for 20 minutes Shannon answered. She the “usual response” that my refund was being processed. I told her that I had heard that line too many times & I needed to speak to a supervisor. She put me on hold for a few minutes & I spoke to Connie who said my refund will be mailed by Thursday. It has been almost 5 months since the first time I heard this so I have my doubts that I will actually received a refund.

Grand Incentives has had my money for 9 months now. That is beyond ridiculous.

My refund check could have been chiseled in stone in this amount of time. I have reached my level of patience with this whole thing.

Grand Incentives is a scam company who should not be in operation.

I finally got my refund back after 9 months and several phone calls.

This company is a fraud.

They sign you up as travel representatives with a fee of thousand of dollars. I paid $ 2500.00 and got nothing out of it.

They gave me a free voucher to visit hawaii which did not materialize also.

These kind of companies should be investigated and stopped before they rip normal citizens of their savings.

We "did our time" @ the 90min. presentation & decided against sales spil. We signed up approriately by certified mail meeting ALL their requirements. We NEVER received paperwork regarding sign ups for travel date. (We had to request ourselves). After waiting a year, we were turned down three times for "unavailable" air travel dates. I requested our $50 deposit by waiting on hold three times @ 40mins.ea day. Third time finally spoke to representative who was defensive and off-topic~ stating refund will take 90 days. I will NOT give up.
