Even worse, I have reason to suspect someone on the security team committed the crime. In the end, I walked away with only an "I'm sorry and was $400 lighter for the experience. Management refuses to respond to my complaints. I expected more from an establishment that pretends to be better than its competition. That is simply not the case.
