I ordered three pallets of Augustin grass and paid extra to have it delivered on a certain day. When I got home the delivery was wrong. I only received one pallet of Bermuda. When I called no one answered. I left a voice message and sent an email, neither of which was returned. After three days I called in again. They have one person answering the phone who refuses to let you talk to anyone else. She said she would look into it and call me back within the hour. Guess what? She didn't call back. I called the next day and was given the run around again. Only after I asked for my money back and threatened a fraud charge did she deal with me. After waiting on hold for 35 minutes she came back and asked if they could deliver it. Having no faith in their ability to do what they said I asked for my money back. Mind you I still have no product. They refused and threatened collections for a product they never delivered. Stay away from this company. They are hard to get a hold of, do not deal with you directly, deliver a shoddy product (the wrong order they did deliver was partially dead), and the threaten you over their mistake.
I ordered a pallet of sod from this company. They did extensive damage when dropping off the pallet, they broke a brick planter and also a brick wall. They admitted liability and promised to fix it. 2 weeks went by and they cut off all communication and would not fix the damaged property.
Purchased 3 pallets of bermuda grass, 7 weeks later got 2 pallets of dead and dying grass delivered. Call customer service and was promised third pallet within a week after much discussion, did not get it. Four calls and emails later still no grass. Company is a ripoff!
