Let me quote direct from their flyer "MOUNT YOUR CATCH" - This is a down and out lie.. Instead "your catch"will be taken out the back and cut up and handed out to the locals on the dock. And then 3 months later Grey's will supply you with a fancifully painted resin model of a vaguely similar sized fish.. NOT YOUR CATCH, but a plastic model that has nothing to do with your catch what so ever..

Being involved in the Resin Model Business myself I could make the same thing and have change out of $500, Yet they are trying to extort $2400 plus out of me. NOT ONLY FRAUDULENT but also A RIP-OFF..
If I was actually getting my "catch" mounted as alluded to then I would be very happy,
but I am not.. This is nothing but GROSS MISREPRESENTATION.. BEWARE !!!!
Same thing happened to us in MX - sail fish on line, pressured by crew to decide before it was in the boat! Said it was an amazing fish, maybe 7feet long. ok, yes, we'll get it mounted. told us this was a rare catch we Should get stuffed and mounted. Once out of the water, crew broke its neck to kill it. How we regret that, knowing now that Gray would NOT be stuffing it but making us an acrylic / plastic. We are environmentally concerned and would not have permitted that, now live with realization that beautiful fish died needlessly. Once we heard from other folks that Gray was NOT stuffing and mounting this fish - or any fish, for that matter, we decided to cancel. Immediately notified our bank to stop payment. Spoke on the phone to Gray, who admitted this would not be a fish at all! Told them to cancel. Notified our bank to stop payment on the charge, which they did initially. Then Gray sent their "non- cancelable" contract so we are going around with bank to rescind the payment. Unethical company! Had initially been told by deck hand it would take 3-4 months before getting our stuffed and mounted fish. Gray now telling our bank it is completed now, less than 2 months later, and after we told Gray we did not want it. Beware! Next stop, Better Business Bureau to file complaint.
