In May of 2007 I attended a Grow Rich Stay Rich 3-day seminar in the Denver area. The speakers were smooth and convincing. They were encouraging the participants to borrow from their 401K's to purchase their expensive programs.
Not long before that I had lots of cancer treatment. I was confused with some of the presentation however bought a $20,000 program with my 401K through Bank of America credit card. I was told the materials would come in three days. When they arrived it was too late to cancel per their policy. It was evident the materials were poorly organized. The telephone numbers given at the time of purchased had changed. I was told Rex Frandsen was in charge and I could only write a letter.
After much proof given to Bank of America that I had been ripped off, they refused to credir my credit card of the amount.
There was only a response from Grow Rich Stay Rich that I had signed a contract and could not pull out. I not only lost the $20,000 but also had to pay taxes on the amount removed from my 401K. To this day I am still trying to make a recovery. I am interested in a class action law suit against the cGrow Rich Stay Rich and the figureheads behind the scam.
