GSCM Ventures sent me a collection letter on 3/21/2015 indicating that

they are attempting to collect a debt of $34.97 on Account number 311331 for discount

reward products. That $34.97 is due immediately upon receipt of letter. That I agreed to

pay stated amount including collection fees.

I dont know who GSCM is. I never spoke with nor purchased any products from this

company. I am 82 years old, visually and physically impaired. GSCM is harrassing me by

sending me these letters.

GSCM Ventures, Inc. says it's the company I purhased products from "Discount Rewards" from.

They give no dates of purchase or any more information except that I own them an overdue balance of $14.97 with a collection fee of $20.00 which equals $34.97.

I have no idea why this is being sent since it's been so long since I've purchased anything online, I don't remember what it's actually for!

Several months ago I ordered an anti-aging cream from GSCM Fulfillment for a month trial basis. The next thing I knew I was chared 39.99 on my debit card for items, which I did not order, another anti-aging cream and a Revitol eye cream. Neither of these items worked at all and I finally decided to have another shipment that I received, again whichI did not order, returned.

I had a very difficult time finding a phone number to reach them and when I finally did I was hung up on twice and finally after being very, very persistent and not letting them put me on hold againi demanded to removed from their service and theythen gave me a huge return id number to return the product but were unwilling to only reimberse me for part of the money. I did not halt and told them they must reimburse for the full amount. I mailed the item on 3/10/2015 and as of today I still have not received my refund.

I called them back today after receiving another unwanted or ordered Revitol eye cream. Demanding my money back from this item and the one previously shipped. They refused to email me a postage paid shipping label for the new item or to confirm that the other item had been returned to the return shipping manager. I gave them the tracking number for the previous item shipped and they said it would take 3 to 5 days to received them money even after I had been told that I would get the money returned within 10 days of arrival. That did not happen! Now I must pay again to try to get my money back from another unwanted item which they again only wanted to return a partial payment, which I refused to let happen.

I have found out that this is happening like a plague with customers across the country and I am planning on contacting my state Attorney General to see if he can confer with the U.S. Attorney General to get an investigation into this company.

I had just filed my complaint and decided to give it one more try to contact them. I did get a person to talk with and through my insistance I was able to cancel the automatic charges that was being done to my credit card. I returned the lastest installment along with a confirmation number to the Shipping Manager of GSCM Fulfillment in Burbank, Ca and will mail it back to them. Hopefully I will get a credit for this amount. Actually, they said that the free trial offer came with the stiupulation that if I didn't respond after the "short trial" it would automatically go on to a monthly charge. This was not made clear in the advertisement as far as I could tell. Instead of a rip-off I would call it more a deceptive practice. It should be made entirely clear that the automatic charge would kick in if after the trial period one did not respond.

DURING AUGUST ,2014 I AGEED TO A TRIAL OF FACE CREAMS, ETC FROM GSCM FULFILLMENT. I CANNOT CONTACT THEM BY WEB (NO DIRECT ACCESS TO GSCM FULFILLMENT CUSTOMER SERVICE)

I ordered a sample of there facial cream. at the tim I talked to a representative and told them not to charge anything to my card unless I authorized it. they sent me the sample and immediatlly charged my account with the full price.I called them and told them I only recieved the sample and not the full size.they said i had ordered the full size i asked to speak to a manager and they said there was not one available.They then charged my account with another order that I never recieved.when I called and asked to speak to a manager again they said one was not available again. I told them to close my account or I would hire a lawyer and take them to court.dont buy from this company.

I have already been billed quite a bit and now they are sending more products and saying i dont owe but they still charge my bank account.
