Habib Salo represents himself to be very ""kind"" and ""hands on"" landlord. Not the case. Habib Salo, owner of Youngs Nails, in Anaheim, rented a condo and represented it to be safe and in good condition.
Habib Salo did not disclose the ongoing fight and pending lawsuit he is currently pursuing with the builder of same condominium and HOA. Habib Salo told me in writing and in person to stay at a hotel and stated in writing and in person: that he would repay the expenses of the hotel stay, the replaced lighting unit and any expenses from the mold growing in and on the flooring in Mr Salo's condominium.
Habib Salo did repair the broken toilets, once the threat of lawsuit and report to Health Department was issued. Incurring over $2000 worth of promised reimbursement, Habib Solo became unreachable and litigious. Rather than pay his own costs, Habib Salo threatened to evict while slandering my good and honest name.
Calling me a deadbeat and refusing to pay or respond to his expenses. He is a true DEADBEAT LANDLORD.
