On November 22 ,2014 at approx.10pm while playing blackjack with dealer name tag of Tracy dealer hit a 21 by mistake. And busted, then called pit boss Steve to table and he instructed her to burn the card that busted her and take our bets.
if I as a player bust or mistakenly hit a 21 they will not let me retract my bet, it is a blatant cheat by casino. If it was mistake theN at most they should have done was call miss deal and push all bets! There was several other players complaining and pit boss just shrugged shoulders like " I don't give a @&$&!" As casino was packed because they just opened new land based section this week. I'm sure harrahs can review the tape and see im not lying! I dont really care a big deal about my small bet but I think it was a cheat and shows character of the staff.
just sucks they own my fav casinos in Vegas too that I always visit! Now I'll have to go elsewhere
