1) Robert Williams aka Robin Williams (DBA so as to blend in) retired USAF veteran has nothing more than a general excise tax for his business. He does not have "Insurance" a "Contractors License" or "Workers compensation"
Instead he uses other contractors, leaving them completely in the line of fire, liable, ready to be manipulated and/or washed out by just a single accident.
2) Mr Williams is what I would call a "Corporate Gangster" what he does from ones own perspective is actually safe, strategic, and he has a tremendous tactical knowledge of tax laws and loopholes and with the right connections, this can allow a business owner to produce massive profits and dramaticly reduce expenses.
but what about the other businesses that offer the same service that have better workers?
What makes Hawaii Solar & Wind better than the other 3-4 dominant companies that employ crews of skilled technicians that follow all the proper guidelines and provide more than average health benefits for their employees?
3) Mr Williams also operates the, techniclly illegally, out of a residential location listed above that is not properly cited or zoned for his business.

I had the pleasure or displeasure, I havnt decided of meeting his former "Russian Tutor" , who disclosed that Robin had actually commissioned her ,through her supposed fiancees family, who are supposedly close friends with mr williams , to meet and persuade her way into a relationship with me , ultimately leading in my meeting Robin, Robert Williams. I ran into her mysteriously on a sunday, almost 5 sundays in a row, in different places on the island, without advocating to anyone any remotely specific clues as to my destination, so lets add organized stalking to Mr williams resources.
This here, I'll admit, would be much harder to find evidence for, but Mr Williams, also per disclosure of his former "tutor" has quite the accumulation of frequent flyer miles to Russia, where he has established more than a few connections that we can catergorize under "Russian Bridal Service" this testimonial from his "Russian Tutor" as well as several plastic surgeries to look younger for the girls he has to buy.
I will not go any further but I will mention that this man, having done this to me personally, makes himself available and ready to receive information on various persons relationships and is readily available to introduce people to other people, with or without their knowledge.
I'm sure he has the right person in the government paid off, and that the networking activites that he has committed to overseas would all reflect well upon his already pristine business image. I wouldnt be too concerned if he didnt force his way into my travels indirectly.
It's cool if he wants to use the DBA as a front, but lets not give good local business to corporate gangsters unless its to your utmost favorable advantage to do so, when there are plenty of better qualified companies that can do the work.
