After 2 weeks I called about why I hadn't received my projector, they quickly apologized and said they would send one out immediately and would receive it the next day. I then googled hdprojectorworld scam and found hundreds of stories about being ripped off. This was yesterday and today I actually received a projector. WOW! But upon opening it I quickly discovered that it was almost identical to a crappy projector I bought from China in December that had a contrast ratio of 300;1 and 480 by 240 resolution. This projector is total crap, I mean the pixels are like 1cm cubes on my wall, HD my ass! I called them immediately and they quickly offered me a full refund and to pay shipping for a return. I have read so many other posts that say they never refund you and just keep giving you the run around. I plan to call the BBB and possibly the police. SO MAD!!!

I placed this order without reading much about the company unfortunately. I placed the order 2 weeks ago and facing the exactly same situation which so many threads have mentioned. After repeated calling they said that its shipped via regular Canada post mail and no tracking number. I was supposed to receive it by now but no sign. I am really worried that my story is really getting on the same lines as others.
If I don't get the projector in next few days, I will report it to my credit card company as well as Royal Canadian police. This department deals with the scams like that. I suggest all who are affected by this company to report the case to Royal Canadian Police. They should take action against these people.
I ordered a projector from this company in early May for my granddaughter's birthday. They promised to ship it the next day. A week later I had received no shipping info, so I contacted the company. They gave me a tracking number and I contacted Fed Ex and they had no record of the shipment. I contacted the company again and they were to ship it next day. Well I didn't receive it in time for my granddaughters birthday. After finally receiving the projector with dvd player, it wouldn't play region 1 dvd's. I again contacted the company and was told to return the projector. They told me they would refund my shipping charges, which as of today July 14, 2014 I have not received. After they finally acknowledged they had receive the returned projector (I had to provide a USPS tracking number for them to even check if they had received the projected), they contacted me a few days and said some part had to be replaced. They then offered my an exchange for an update projector without dvd player. I agreed because at this time I was not sure about their dvd players working in the USA. It is now July 14, 2014 and I still have not received my replacement projector. You can bet that I will never again place an order with this company.

They lied and made up stories about the shipment and emailed late at night to ask if wed like to start a new order. They used excuses like FedEx had simply not picked up the order! We have ordered many things on line and never seen such a professional looking website........Why Is this company allowed to advertise like this? Seals like McAfee and others lies on its website. $1000 that we will go after! 5/7/14.
DO NOT do business with this company!!! I placed my order 3/31/2014 and as of 4/28/14 have yet to receive my shipment. I was told at first it went out via Canada Post w/o a tracking number (3-5 days shipping). Never received it and called back and they gave me a FedEx tracking number that still shows that only the information was sent to them on 4/08/2014,, but they never received ant packages. I called again and they claimed that it was lost by FedEx and did their ""investigation"". Called back again and they gave me a Canada Post Express tracking number (was suppose to ship 4/22/2014) which STILL shows that the info was sent, but no packages received by Canada Post. Called back and they said it would ship 4/24/2014 with no real reason as to why. Called back again on 4/28/2014 and they said it would ship today or likely tomorrow as they were getting more stock. I swear they said they manufacture these. The site says it too. I cancelled my order 4/28/2014 and they said my bank should process it in 5-7 days. I have this horrible feeling I will never see the money or the projector I ordered.
Again DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Search other reviews and you'll understand why. I wish I had before I placed an order with them.
ProSeries 6 Computer Projector ordered (Order #129302) on 11-22-13, received on 12-30-13, returned on 1-21-14. Item returned promptly and in immaculate condition. After 3 months of continuous requests, I have received nothing but EXCUSES for not receiving a refund. Company will not provide a contact telephone number for direct contact to resolve this issue. They are a SCAM organization....!
Do not do business with this company. I am sorry I did and will not do business with them or any other company without doing a company search first and see other peoples experiences were with the company. I returned my projector for repair. It has been 5 months and I am still waiting for my projector to be returned. First they told me they were waiting on parts for the first 3 months. They told me they had it fixed and it was shipped out. I never got it. When I called back they gave me the story that UPS lost it but they would send out another one. Still no projector. I called back and they then told me they needed an address not a PO Box (which I believe they already had) so I gave them my address again. Still no projector so I called and asked them for a tracking number and they finally gave me a FedEx tracking number the package was to be shipped 4/14/2014 and the delivery date was to be 4/21/2014. I have be looking up the status and it still shows that on 4/14/2014 - Monday
