Sometime back in December I was on the web when I noticed an ad for a revolutionary type of new home heater. I filled out my information and all of a sudden the screen went blank so I filled out the form again (not knowing the first order went through - so I actually bought 4 units). I was ordering them to be Christmas gifts so I ordered well before then. My mom opened her box and started reading through the paperwork. This is where she found that these heaters would not be properly and safely used in our old home.
She found the paperwork said it could not be used in an old home with no grounding posts. They also could not be used safely if put into a powerstrip leaving the heaters useless in our house. I did not see either of these statements in their advertisement. They give you 60 days to return the product to them, of which half of them were already gone because I ordered before Christmas and the presents sat unopened for quite a while (using up alot of time to return the heaters).
I would really like it if you could get me a full refund of the heaters and some pre-paid address labels from them so I can send them back their units at their expense. Thank you!
