Many calls back and forth to get replacement. Returned Item, but the second shipment was damaged. Company would not replace, told me I should file a claim with the poat office. For a $36 item this has cost hours of calls and aggravation. No help w/ customer service. Told me to file claim withPost Office. Post Office says the cllaim has to be filed by the shipping company. Standoff.
Not worth the aggravation alread caused. For a minor sum, any company who valued their reputation would have been more helpful... Telephone calls are responded with "wait a minute"... then go to dial tone.
