My transmission went out so I brought it to HENDERSON AUTOMOTIVE. I met Greg and he told me he could replace my "hi-end" transmission with a brand new 'same type or better' hi-end transmission. It took him over a week to return my vehicle. He then charged me $800.00 additiobnal over the $2500 original cost quoted. A week later I took it on the freeway and my top speed is about 60 mph, at 4500 - 5000 rpm.
When I discussded this with him, he becsame very irate and angry that i was questioning him about the work. I tried speaking rational with him but he became more angry and started using racial slurs towards me, then progressively got louder and used about every worst swear word known to man. He jumped up from his chair with fist clinched anjd started walking towards me then threatened to call the Sheriff on me if I didntleave his property right away.
He continued screaming at me as I was driving away calling me a "*******"& ********* ******"... which I am neither.
I strongly reccommend anyone to find a different "more stable & honest " auto repair shop.. Greg Henderson is hostile.
