I ordered a bra to wear underneath my wedding dress from HerRoom via Amazon.com. I received it and had to wait another couple of weeks before my dress arrived. When it finally arrived, I found that the item was not as described. The lift it provided was very unnatural and showed under my dress. It was also not low in the back, as claimed. Because they had not provided a return/exchange policy on their Amazon seller page, and because I had not worn the item and all original tags were still attached, I thought it would be fine to return the item once I discovered it was not as described. Their customer service was extremely short and rude with me and refused to reason with me when I requested a refund. I informed them that they had not provided a returns policy on their Amazon seller page, but they insisted the return period was only 30 days and had already passed. I even took a screenshot of their seller page, which clearly stated, ""HerRoom has not provided return and refund policies for display on Amazon."" If I had been informed that they had such a short return period beforehand, I would not have ordered from them in the first place because I was not sure how soon my dress was coming and I needed to have the bra when my dress arrived so I could try it on with the dress and have alterations done. Given the circumstances, they should have made an exception, but they never budged. Very unreasonable. Very rude. I am extremely unsatisfied with this seller and their awful customer service. BUYER BEWARE!

Do NOT order anything from Her Room. Find the product elsewhere! I was so disgusted with this place. Their customer service and technical departments are unacceptable. I ordered a nightgown as a Christmas present for my mother. She didn’t like the material, so we quickly returned it. We filled out all the proper forms, paid the postage, and made sure we got it insured/tracking. They received the product January 2nd. I realized early February that I had never been credited so I called their phone number. Their president answers the phone and asks you to select 1, 2, or 3. None worked! Neither did 0, a number most companies offer to get thru to anyone. After several attempts, I logged onto their website. They had a live chat inquiry. I typed in, the person said hello. Okay, now I’m finally getting somewhere. I gave her my order number, tracking number, everything. No reply came back. I said “hello?” Nothing. So then I emailed them my situation. Someone wrote me back saying to “please call this # and someone will be happy to help you.” In my email I stated that the phone number does not work. So, I called again another day. I was able to get to someone but on my attempts before that, it failed. The person said to me, “Um. There is a problem with your order. It did not pass our quality inspection. There were yellow stains all over it.” I immediately became enraged on the inside and completely shocked. I said “no. This is crap. Please transfer me to a manager.” She said she was transferring me, but it never transferred. I kept calling MANY times. Sometimes I would get a person who would tell me they would transfer me but it never did. Other times I could not get thru to anyone. Finally a lady got on the phone and told me there was no manager or supervisor there. She said the product was being returned to me. So the lie about the manager fits right along with the lie about the yellow stains. If they really received a yellow stained return then why did they wait so long to send it back – a whole month and a half?? Why didn’t they call or email? She said they don’t typically do that. This lady seemed reasonable and shortly after our discussion, I received a call from an assistant manager who said she would credit me. I did receive a credit but the damage was done. Only the last lady was civil to me. The rest were rude. And to accuse me, a grown woman, of staining a nice nightgown and returning it makes me want to vomit. What would I gain by doing such a ridiculous thing? Also, I have never received the product back so I KNOW it was just a lie and their attempt to make a little money by charging a customer for something they never got. This place is complete crap. DO NOT bother with them. They sell products that can be found anywhere else. And with a name like Her Room I, the buyer, should have known. Terrible name – Terrible customer service – Terrible phone systems-- Terrible company.

TERRIBLE customer service!!!!! DON'T BUY A THING FROM THEM!!!!

I really wish I had read the reviews out there on this company before I wasted my money ordering from them.

Poor packaging- they pack these expensive items in a cardboard box. Then, when the box is left at your door in the pouring rain and it is damaged from the bleeding colors on the tag, they won't accept a return, blaming it on the post office instead of their poor packaging.

The customer "service" people I talked to were incredibly rude, condescending and completely unsympathetic and unhelpful. I was a first-time customer and would have likely spent lots of money with them on future orders since I have a hard-to-find size if they had valued customer service at all.

I will NEVER shop there again!!

This company's customer service is a joke! My order qualified for free standard shipping. After 8 days went by and I had not received my package, I checked the shippers website with the tracking number provided and it stated that my package had been "mis-sent" due to an error with the address or zip code. When I called "customer service", I was told I had to wait 10 business days because I had chosen standard shipping. So I waited and called on the 10th day and was informed, very condescendingly, that because I had not "bothered to purchase the $2.00 shipping insurance", there was nothing they could do for me except open an "investigation" and wait an additional 4 - 8 business days. I told her I needed the item within 5 days and this was unacceptable. She then accused me of screwing up my own address on the order, which was ridiculous and I had a copy of my order and could clearly see the address was correct. I asked to speak to a manager and was denied. The next day I made a few phone calls and found the package myself - no thanks to them. The post office informed me that when they received the package from the orginial shipper, the label had fallen off. So apparently their shipping department cannot properly affix a label and don't expect them to lift a finger to help rectify the situation! I emailed the owner of the company also, and never received a response. Do NOT waste your time and money with this dive.

Horrible service. Horrible return policy!! Stay away.

I wish I would have read the reviews. I'm out $350 because the company would not accept my return. I spent almost $600 and kept some items that worked for me. I attempted to return 3 things and they refused them saying that they didn't meet their return criteria. CLEAN, UNUSED, UNWORN, ORIGINAL,TAGS INTACT, ODORLESS - but no return, no service, rude treatment!

Plenty of other places to purchase ethensame items without the hassle . Don't waste your time or money!

I've never complained before in my life!

NEVER NEVER ORDER from this company!!! Unless you want to go thru ****.

I ordered several lougerie items totalling $100. I received the items in a plastic bag via the mail. The bag was torn and the items damaged. I reported it immediately and asked for a refund. They didn't bellieve me and said I could not get any refund. My sister had a similar problem with them and gave me a prepaid label to return the stuff back to them.

Many others have had problems with them so I 'm sharing the return label. Just print it out and use it.
