I made the mistake in 8/2014 of leaving my daughter with my step sister in San Antonio due to a hardship (living with boyfriend on 18 wheeler). 2 wks later, she calls CPS on me with lies. Caseworker Bianca Johnson was rude to me, lied (said CPS is "above the law and police"), refused to tell me allegations against me.
Case transferred to Dallas where I was staying in a hotel. Caseworker Neneh Tonteh told me only a couple of allegations, made me take oral drug test (refused to disclose results to me, but I took pictures of test and contacted manufacturer who told me I passed), lied (told step sister my boyfriend and I were kicked out of hotel due to a fight we had, which was not true because the company he had been working for refused to pay him so we couldnt afford hotel room and had to leave and claimed I could have my daughter back since I did what I was told, but told step sister I refused to do what was asked of me). Moved to Kempner, Tx to stay with boyfriend's brother while he found another job.
Caseworker Elisina (Lisa) Orellana pretended to be nice then started with her lies. Another caseworker Torrey White, came to house and took boyfriend's son stating I could not be around ANY kids because of my case, then lied in reports stating that there was no bathroom in house, floors, walls and wires exposed, no kitchen, etc. (False, house had 2 full bathrooms - no tubs only showers, sinks and toilets) and yes the house was in process of remodeling but was not exposed to weather elements). Morgan Milloway lied.
Jodi Linderman lied in court. My case was never investigated as per agency guidelines and the laws. My last court appointed lawyer did nothing for me.
The show cause hearing was never conducted (everyone just agreed that my boyfriend and I needed to complete services ordered to be able to get our kids back). The judge (Cheryll Mabray) is biased (she is a former CPS lawyer and caseworker) and ordered me to pay child support for my daughter even though I am not working (but thinks it's perfectly fine for boyfriend's ex girlfriend to NOT pay child support because she is not working). I feel they are just going to try to terminate my rights, regardless of if I do my service plan or not.
They are only out for the money the governement pays for children they LEGALLY kidnap. This case should never have gotten to this point, if they had actually done their job right in the first place. They allow drug addicts and others to get or keep their kids, but I am not allowed just because I am going through a hard time? Fair is NOT in their vocabulary, only MONEY.
They are a bunch of crooked greedy people who do NOT care about the kids as they claim ("in the best interests of the child"). Its all lies to get more money. I will be reporting CPS and everyone involved to all government agencies, etc. to get this matter looked into and remedied.
CPS does NOT follow the laws and think they dont have to. Its time to teach them that they are not above the law and not immune for their actions.
