My company has been buying from Hillside Plastics for several years. This is not the first time they have done this. I always ask for shipping to be priorty mail. Because 3 to 5 days instead of 3 to 4 weeks ground
This is what happens , i call in order on Febuary 18, 2015 - they get back with me on the 21 of Febuary with amouint of invoice with shipping
I wire money to them on the 22 Febuary , They ship on the 23 of febuary , i do not recieve order by the March 2 , I call
and they give me a tracking number. I check on package and find out they charged me $64.40 but sent it ground to me in Alaska, will not recieve it until march 13 or later. Order in Feb had orders for gifts shops 1st week in march for Iditard race 2015.
Call them Bill hamer said to me I should get a different company because they can not seem to get the shipping right. I talked him him about the $6000 they just cost my company for they third time over the over 7 years. He emails and tells me they shipped it priorty ground . The US Postal Service has has express priorty 2 days and priorty 3 days , they have no such thing as ground priorty.
It is said they we have american companys lying to the comsumer instead saying they made a mistake. I have all E-mail and letter for all to see. I tryed to have the order cancelled Bill hamer told me they do not take back anything and I can discard them when I get them in 3 to 4 weeks. So here i have lost orders of $6,000 and have to wait a month to get my product that I ask to be shipped and paid to be shipped prioty $396.00 includes shipping and 400 containers.
One good good thing I have new company I called on the 4 of march for the 400 containers needed. Got a price in less than 2 hour not 3 days like hillside. Shipped friday will have them Monday or Tuesday March 9 or 10 2015.
