I ordered a Hood Horkerz Smokable Hoodie thinking it would be a great and unique gift. I received an email confirmation for the order an my payment was processed. Since the site says the orders take four weeks for delivery as they're custom orders I waited four weeks and began to inquire about a shipment date. Since the company does not make their phone number readily available, Ive repeatedly emailed the company through the email address provided on the email confirmation, the inbox of the Hood Horkerz Facebook page & the CEO Sean Oliver's Hood Horkerz email address and to date my attempts have neither warranted any response, refund or merchandise paid for. I've recently filed complaints with the FTC Attorney General, and Consumer Protection Agency. My next steps are going to be my Congressman , since I'm a veteran and any other legal avenue available. I wish I would have read these reviews before spending over $100 with a company who seems to me only gives the paid merchandise to stars its always bolstering about making them for.
