Hosea Yacco bynum who posted a ad looking for a personal assistant on craigslist..hired me to be a assistant to accompany him to the games of the phoenix suns (which he says he a contracted videographer) to help with equipment set up ,organized, keep scheduling,clean and organized his home and was paying me a flat 500 a week ,later I realized he gave a false name then tried to offer me more money than what he was going to pay me to be a so called companion which was not part of the agreement he he wrote checks to compensate for the times he would supposedly be out of town and didn't want me to miss out on a couple weeks pay turns out the checks were old/from a closed account that I almost cashed thanks to
the bank from stopping me that were going to bounce he had me running all over the place and even to the actual arena and never responded to texts or calls to meet him to get inside the games or to pay me for time wasted and never showed up.
He continued to call and text saying he had to collect money and do auditing in order to pay me the full amount that he wrote checks for since he was behind on paying me due to a fake car accident once I discovered his real name I did a backround check on this creep he ended up recently being arrested for a DUI and drug possession and was in jail.He made countless excuses of why he couldn't pay or meet with me and dragged it on for 3 months
in which I have endured the worst since missing out on false payments from this guy ,he has caused me distress and put me in financial burdens and continues to try and contact me about still meeting with me to pay me.I kept the checks and saved text messages from all the times he said he was gonna show up etc. I doubt this would hold up in small claim court but I'm willing to make sure this guy does not try to take advantage of people on the internet and his employers know of the situation so he does not take advantage of people and scam them out of false jobs and saving other people online to not have to go though what I've been through!
