I ordered a waist trainer from the website after seeing the info on a fitness instagram for a discount. After more than a month and nothing receiving a shipping confirmation email or package, I emailed the contact email address asking for information on shipping time frame and I advised if I didn't hear back within 48 I would contact PayPal. I never received a response. Aftet filing a dispute with PayPal and not receiving any response through that channel, I filed a claim to get my money back. PayPal did a great job getting ever penny back for me. So buyers beware..... If you are into donating your money go ahead...... (give me some.... LOL) but if you are looking to actually receive a waist trainer be sure to research the company before you hit purchase.
I ordered a waist trainer back in January 02, 2015 and nearly FOUR months later I still have not recieved it!!!!!! I have never been so angry I have emailed them more than TEN TIMES!!!! they have no other way for you to contact them other than email. This company is clearly built to SCAM PEOPLE!!! They never answer any emails and clearly I've lost hope of even reviewing my waist trainer. These kind of people are disgusting living off of others hard earned money!!! It's sad that people like this exist and I hope there business gets s**t down!!! I'm willing to come together with everyone else who had gone through the same thing!!!! Let's get these SCAMMERS!!!
This business is mainly based on Instagram. They target girls (mainly younger). They look extremely legit, and even wear their products themselves. BUT... that is just it. Their products are only for them! They do not sell to the public!
I bought a $100 dollar item off of them and after I paid, I got a very friendly email about the confirmation. 1 month went by. Then 2 months. Then 3.. At this point I was very concerned so I emailed them. I got no response. I sent another email two weeks later and still no response. At this point its been over 4 months. I then, started to comment on their instagram pictures first just asking about my missing item, then I started to warn other girls that they should not buy from this so called company. At this point I am so fed up with them I filed a complaint with the FTC. I have read multiple complaints about this company. I really think they should be shut down. I know I can't be the only one who gets very upset with ignorant people like this. Please help me do something about this and stop them from taking girls money!
