I have no idea how this guy can still be working here making $320,000 year even after he got caught spending thousands of dollars on his City Issued credit card for personal meals and dressing up as a woman at the office.
The latest "fiasco" leaves us here on the 5th floor almost speechless. Our leader "Drunk" Dough Guthrie finally put his foot down regarding Simmons' choice of "office attire", mainly wearing mini-skirts and fichnet stockings. It seems that every day he looked more and more like one of those drag queens that lurk outside the Silver Platter Bar down the street.
Guthrie ordered Simmons NOT to dress up in female clothing while representing the agancy at public events. It seems that now Simmons is into "Furry Culture" ie: dressing up like animals while having sex.
The Housing Authority was invited to an awards banquet by the Los Angeles Sheriff to promote crime prevention in the Housing Projects.
Well Simmons decided to go and he dressed up as a GIANT RABBIT! It was so embarassing! Sanford Riggs was so upset that he tried to crawl under the table only to witness Howard Baum getting a b****** from none other than Eric Brown. he about threw up his lobster bisque.
Of course Doug Gutherie didn't do jack sh*** He was too busy getting liquored up on cheap gin.
