Filed my taxes online via the system that h&r block offers opted to have an emeral card delivered to me with my return however my refund was actually sent to the card prior to me even receiving the card....when you contact the customer service for emerald card you speak to someone that doesn't speak english when you go on the web site the site rotates to the same screen over and over again....I spoke to the highest of supervisors so she said and couldn't get a temporary card so that I could access my funds that have been sitting there on a card in space for the last 4 days. Their resoluation to this problem is wait till my so called card shows up in the mail...really it's not here now but my funds are there unavailable for me to use really...i don't recommend anyone ever use either of the services they offer ever.
