Offered a replacement screen for my phone but won't do it without me me either paying for "expedited" shipping or putting a $599 hold on my debit/credit card. My only choice is to not send the phone in and wait for 5 days while still paying them $19 for the "On-Site Exchange" Without that it is a 7-10 day process.
This is a deceptive practice. They boldly tell you in advertising that you get a free screen replacement but they have you pay for it or lose use of your phone for over a week.
