HYDRODERM offered trial samples of their Face Serum and Eye Serum for a total cost of $16.59AU. On checking my Mastercard today they have debited it for a total of $206.72 for these same products. Eyeserum $100.84 and Face Serum $105.88. This was not authorised by me and realise this is a total scam and a disgusting ripoff. I want my money back!!!
Over a month ago I received an offer when using the internet, to trial Hydroderm products free of charge except for the postage. I ordered two products that I believed were to be sample products. Two lots of postage costs were taken out of my account immediately. I emailed a few weeks ago and asked to have the postage costs put back into my account because the samples had not been received. I got an email back saying they were on their way. I decided to cut my losses and forget about ever receiving these samples and deleted all relevant correspondence. I still haven't recieved the goods however I have just discovered when checking my bank account online that . I have been charged over $200 Australian Dollars for two full sized products that I didn't order and which have not been received! I am out of work at the moment and this is an absolutel disgrace. Can you please help me retrieve this money. I would be most grateful if you can. Thank you

I never saw the fine print about the charges for the Free Trial, so I was expecting to see product when they took money from my accout last month. This past weekend they took even more money from my debit card, about $10 more per product and with the exchange rate being what it is right now, that ended up being $250 CAD, ouch!! I called their Customer Service Dept, and all they could promise me was half my money back on the last purchase - about $100 US in about 3-5 days, and after reading the various complaints on this site, I'm betting I don't see any of it!!
I'm not only disappointed in the product, which I saw no real results after using it as they recommended, but they also should not advertise a free product that's not free. I hope this company gets what is coming to them!! I hate seeing companies rip off the average consumer, it's just sad !!

They will bill your credit card without your permission and refuse to refund saying the trial was in fine print (never saw it) 4.95 but if not cancelled in 18 days your account would be automatically billed. Can't believe they are still in business!!!!! This poor practice has been going on for years without recourse.
Signed up for a 'free trial' of a skin product which I received. Without my knowledge or consent a second skin product was sent to my house and my credit card charged US$99. I called and told them I wanted a full refund, they offered a refund once they receive the product back of US$89 to cover shipping costs. This is a scam, the advertising is totally misleading with no information provided regarding the trial period, signing up for additional products. The initial trial product was delivered with no information whatsoever and was not even in a product specific box. Do not sign up for their free trial, do not provide them credit card information.
I purchase the 30 day trial and was not pleased with the product. I called to cancel within two weeks of the 30 days- the customer service rep asked if I would try the product for another week. I told her I would but I did not feel the product was for me and to please cancel it.
What she failed to tell me was by her extending the time for the product - she was extending the time I needed to call in to cancel.
I received a noticed on email from DHL that they received a notice of shipment, i tried to trace and they had not recieved the shipment as yet. I called Hydroderm to stop the shipment as well as the charge. The rep was useless - she said I needed to wait for the delivery and then call to get an RMA #- I told her then I would entail more S&H fees and she said yes that was correct. I told her the product was cancelled and they should run their taped conversation to see that the other person did not tell me that I needed to call back. It would not have done much good since I was out of the country and would not have been able to call anyway.
Again, I told the girl that she needed to stop the shipment, since it was not with DHL and not charge me. She said the charge had gone through already, I told her to refund my account and stop the shipment. Which she refused - She said Hydroderm has steps that they have to go through and I needed to receive then get RMA and retun less any fees for S&H.
This company is rip off the product is basically water and all they want to do is use your money for a month, then refund less than what was charged.
I hope someone does a class action againt the company because I want to be first to sign up.
I am a senior living on Social Security. I said OK send me a trial sample of there wrinkle serum. $4.97 was taken from my checking account, which was fine,price of sample. I called they will reemberse me for the $94.00. I told them it does not work and they can have both back. to credit my card with $182.00 they can only reemberse my $94.00. I will to Wal Mart and get another product that may or may not work much cheaper.

I did what it said, now they want they want both products sent back separately and I have to pay double shipping (they came shipped together) or they will charge my card $79.95 for each.
This is a total scam. Hopefully I stopped them in time to not charge my account. When they do get your money. You won't get it back.

This company is a total fraud. I am surprised they are still in business.
They charged me over $190 for a product that was supposed to be free.
Then they claimed that it was a 14day trial. There is no way to get your
money back and their product does not do anything. It is just glycerine.
Be careful and do NOT order anything from them.
